Freight Policy

   1- Checking Upon Receipt

  • Upon receiving the delivery, the customer is required to immediately inspect the integrity of the delivered products or goods. This includes checking the packaging for any signs of damage or tampering. 

  • In case of visual damage or tampering, the customer must advise the delivery person and sign the delivery as damaged in freight. 

  • If the customer has a signature not required (SNR) agreement, the customer must advise G-Tech Bus Parts of any damage the same day the delivery occurred. 

   2- Completeness Of The Order

  • The customer must ensure that all parcels were delivered and that all items listed on their order are present in the delivery.

   3- Condition Of The Products

  • The customer is responsible for examining the condition of each item in the delivery.
  • They should look for any visible damage, defect or irregularities.

   4- Accuracy Of The Order

  • The customer must confirm that the items received match the ones they ordered.
     This also involves checking quantities are accurate.

   5- Reporting Issues

  • If the customer observes issues such as missing, exceeding, damaged or incorrect products, he must report these issues to G-Tech Bus Parts within 48 hours after receipt.
  • Timeliness is critical to ensuring that corrective actions can be taken swiftly.

   6- Preservation Of Packaging

  • In case of damage or discrepancies, customers should retain the original packaging and any accompanying documentation as this may be needed for the resolution process.
